We provide vapor deposition products with high precision such as dichroic mirrors and fully reflecting mirrors for separating white light into BGR (blue, green, red) from the lamp source, and cross dichroic prisms for color systems for image processing of combined light from liquid crystal panels, and cold mirrors, UV/IR for lamp systems.

1. Cold Mirror for Plastic Lens

It has been difficult to apply cold mirror coating on plastics. But it has become available by overcoming the difficulty.
This cold mirror is designed for plastic lenses to reflect visible light and transmit near-IR.
Adherence and reliability of the coat are well secured.

Reliability test conditions

Thermal shock -40℃~85℃ 210 cycles
Temperature and moisture resistance 85℃ 95% 96 hrs
High temperature storage 90℃ 94 hrs

No coating coming off and no crack after reliability test ! *Our examination results

2. IR Cut Filter for Plastic Lens

It has been difficult to apply IR cut coat on plastics.
But it has become available by overcoming the difficulty. This filter coat is designed for plastic substrate to transmit visible light, and reflect near IR.
Adherence and reliability of the coat are well secured.

Reliability test conditions

Thermal shock -40℃~85℃ 200 cycles
Temperature and moisture resistance 85℃ 80% 1000 hrs

No coating coming off and no crack after reliability test ! *Our examination results

Cost reducing can be expected by employing this coating instead of using conventional glass filter.

3. Highly Durable Mirror

Generally, aluminum has been chosen as a coating material for reflecting mirror.
The coating layer of aluminum is relatively durable, however, it has problems for using in severe condition; white turbidity or open void of coat layer (that allows light to go through the substrate) are caused when using in high temperature and high humidity. But we have overcome the problems.
By coating a combination of special metals and dielectric materials instead of aluminum, coat durability have substantially improved.

Thermal shock -40℃~85℃ 100 cycles or more
Temperature and moisture resistance 85℃ 95% 500 hrs
