Optical Write Unit

High performance optical unit incorporating cross-scan error compensation

RINS manufactures a wide variety of LSUs laser scanner units used in equipment including laser printers, digital copiers, digital facsimiles, laser lithographic equipment, all types of image processors and measuring equipment, etc.

1. Print size

Sizes from A4(LT :216mm) to A0 are available.

2. Spot Diameter

From 300dpi to 1200dpi are supported.Up to 10um
(1/e2) is available for custom applications.

3. Wavelength

F-theta Lens with color aberration correction can be utilized.

4. Optical system with cross-scan

Utilizing glass and plastic lenses permits correction of high magnification rates.

RINS LSUs offer high magnification compensation by utilizing glass and plastic lenses produced in one complete process from design and machining to assembly according to customers application purpose.

The RIKENON optical scanning unit is a high performance lens unit to be mounted on laser scanning equipment.
